About the job
As deputy team leader, you are the right hand of the team leader. You make sure the logistics processes run smoothly. You work on the floor in the warehouse and at the same time keep an eye on the bigger picture. When needed, you direct your colleagues, keep track of the planning, and step in where things get busy.
What you'll do
- Divide tasks among team members
- Track progress and make sure orders are completed on time and correctly
- Flag problems and help find solutions
- Keep an eye on safety, quality, and teamwork
- Work actively in the warehouse while keeping an overview
What we ask
- Experience in logistics, for example as a warehouse worker or junior team leader
- A natural ability to guide others and a proactive attitude
- You stay calm and keep an overview, even when it is busy
- Clear communication and the ability to work well with your team
- Willing to work in shifts when needed
