Deputy Production Coordinator

About the job

You work as a production employee and take over the coordinator's duties when they are absent. In those moments, you lead the team and keep a close eye on production progress. You work day shifts, 07:00 to 15:00, though the day often runs until 16:00. This is a full-time job, 40 hours a week.

What you'll do

• Lead production employees temporarily when the coordinator is away
• Work actively on the production line as a regular production employee
• Motivate and support your colleagues
• Monitor production quality
• Spot and fix small technical problems
• Communicate and work together with other departments
• Track production progress and report on it

What we ask

• Thinking and working level of MBO (Dutch intermediate vocational education)
• Experience in a production environment
• Experience leading people, or a clear wish to learn this
• Basic technical knowledge
• A proactive attitude and a team-focused way of working

What we offer

• Hourly rate: €15.45 gross (excluding allowances)
• A fixed allowance of €0.40 for every hour worked
• 40-hour working week (sometimes longer)
• 25 days of annual leave
