As a CNC Machine Operator / Setter, you will be responsible for operating and setting up modern wire-forming machines used to manufacture precision technical springs.Your responsibilities include:Setting up and adjusting CNC production machinesMonitoring the production process and product qualityProducing high-precision technical spring componentsSolving minor machine malfunctions and reporting technical issues when necessaryPerforming quality checks and measurementsContributing ideas for process improvementsMaintaining a safe and organized workplaceDeveloping into a machine specialist through internal trainingThis is not repetitive production work. You will have responsibility for your own machine and play an important role in the manufacturing process.
