Operator

Salaris: €3000.00 – €3200.00 per maand

Salary between €2,800 and €3,100 gross per month, plus a 15% shift allowance, while working in a stable production environment with supportive and friendly colleagues. You’ll receive a thorough onboarding program and have the opportunity to grow toward a permanent position within an open, international team focused on collaboration.

As a production operator, you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to plan. Working in a 3-shift system, you closely monitor both quality and technical performance. You respond quickly to minor malfunctions and collaborate with fellow operators and the technical department to keep operations running smoothly.

You will do this by focusing on

Setting up and adjusting machines

Performing quality inspections

Detecting and resolving minor malfunctions

Monitoring the production process and planning

These employment conditions are based on a full-time position in a 3-shift system. You can expect:

A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,100, plus a 15% shift allowance

Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer

25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance
