Assistant Production Manager

About the job

You work in a modern production facility in Twello as an assistant department manager. You coordinate daily production activities, supervise staff and make sure production targets are met.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise daily production
• Monitor progress, quality and efficiency of the production process
• Create and optimise staff schedules
• Support, motivate and onboard new employees
• Analyse production results, report findings and implement process improvements
• Liaise with the technical department about maintenance and machine availability
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and hygiene regulations

What we ask

• Experience in meat processing
• Experience managing a team
• Knowledge of production processes and planning, a proactive and results-oriented approach to work

What we offer

• Gross salary from €2,800 to €3,200 per month
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory Dutch bonus paid once a year) and 25 days of leave per year
