Production Operator Assistant

About the job

As a production operator assistant at our client in Deventer, you help keep the production process running smoothly. You work in a modern and safe environment. You operate different production machines and have room to grow your skills. You make sure printed materials like business cards, posters and banners are good quality and reach customers on time. This is an active role where accuracy and a hands-on attitude matter.

What you'll do

• Prepare printed materials: business cards, posters, banners and signs
• Operate different production machines to keep the process running well
• Check products to make sure they meet quality standards
• Cut and finish printed materials according to specifications
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment to customers

What we ask

• You speak Dutch or English
• You have at least an MBO 1 diploma (Dutch vocational education, entry level)
• You have experience working in shifts
• You pick up new tasks quickly and can work independently
• You are accurate and take an active approach to your work

What we offer

• Pay up to €3,200 gross per month, including shift allowance
• Full time: 37.5 hours per week
• 3-shift schedule with a clear timetable
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre from 10 km
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a statutory annual bonus on top of your salary)
• Fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position
• Terms of employment equal to those of direct employees at our client, including days off, allowances, pay during time off and other pay components
