Packaging Team Leader

**About the job**

You lead a packaging team on a 2-shift rotation. You keep the machines running, support your team, and make sure quality and safety standards are met every day.

**What you'll do**

• You set up, operate, and maintain the packaging machines so production runs smoothly.
• You lead and support your team, onboard new workers, and give guidance where needed.
• You spot mechanical and electrotechnical faults and prevent them where possible.
• You monitor quality, output, and product codes, and fill in production forms accurately.
• You take an active part in improving processes and work instructions.
• You make sure all company, environmental, hygiene, health and safety, and food safety rules are followed.
• You keep your workstation and equipment clean and safe.

**What we ask**

• You have an MBO level 3 or 4 diploma (Dutch vocational education) in food technology, process technology, or a related field.
• You are willing to obtain VAPRO/Operator certificates (industry certificates for process operators) if you do not have them yet.
• You have an interest in and knowledge of production processes and technology.
• You work accurately and hygienically and can set priorities quickly.
• Safety, order, and cleanliness always come first for you.
• You are a real team player who can both lead and work hands-on alongside the team.

**What's on offer**

• Salary of €3,140 to €3,949 gross per month, not including a shift allowance (on average 12%).
• Annual bonus of up to 15% of your salary, of which 8% is guaranteed.
• 26 vacation days, with the option to buy 5 extra days.
• Mainly 2-shift work.
