Packaging Operator 5 Shifts

About the job

You work as an operator on a packaging line for dairy products, including powdered baby milk. You operate modern packaging machines in a 5-shift rotation and build your skills during the first 6 to 12 months.

What you'll do

• You operate and monitor packaging machines to keep the process running smoothly.
• You carry out quality checks and record the results in digital systems.
• You respond to deviations and minor faults, and call in technical service when needed.
• You change over machines for different products and packaging formats.
• You actively share ideas to improve machines and production processes.

What we ask

• Experience in production, engineering or the food industry is welcome but not required.
• Willingness to work a 5-shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Interest in machines and technical processes. A forklift certificate is a plus, or you are willing to get one.
