Logistics Team Leader / Warehouse

About the job

You work as a team leader in a warehouse in Ravenstein. About 1/3 of your time you coordinate the work of the team. The other 2/3 you work actively on the floor together with your colleagues.

What you'll do

• Assign and coordinate daily tasks in the warehouse
• Motivate, instruct and support colleagues during work
• Monitor progress, quality and output and act when needed
• Check orders and make sure delivery vans are loaded correctly and completely
• Work hands-on with receiving goods, storage, order picking and internal transport, including operating a forklift or reach truck

What we ask

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or other logistics environment
• Good at organising work and setting priorities, ready to take on more responsibility
• Good command of Dutch; English is useful for communication with English-speaking colleagues; a forklift or reach truck certificate is a plus
