Production Hall Team Leader

About the job

You work as a team leader in a paint hall in Poeldijk. You manage a team of 6 to 8 people and also take part in the production work yourself.

What you'll do

• You coordinate the team's work in the paint hall and make sure orders are completed on schedule
• You divide tasks, instruct workers, and keep the team motivated
• You monitor the quality of the painting work and make sure health and safety rules are followed
• You handle loading and unloading of trucks and deal with problems as they come up
• You report progress directly to the production manager

What we ask

• At least 5 years of experience in a production environment
• Experience leading a team
• Good command of Dutch (required)
• Available to work full time (40 to 45 hours per week)
• You can handle pressure, make decisions, and you care about quality and safety

What we offer

• Salary from €2,750 to €3,500 gross per month
• 25 days of leave per year
• Holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) of 8%, a standard bonus paid once a year on top of your salary

• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre
