Junior Production Technician - Marine Technology

About the job

An employer in Leiderdorp is looking for someone with a technical mindset to work on assembling monitors and computers for the marine industry. You work independently, but within a small, close team. There is room to grow your technical skills.

What you'll do

• Pick parts from the warehouse and assemble monitors and computers used on ships, for example in the engine room or on the bridge
• Carry out basic electrical tests after assembly
• Find and fix faults
• Test displays and program circuit boards under supervision
• Work day shifts, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

What we ask

• A background or thinking level of at least MBO (Dutch intermediate vocational education)
• At least 1 year of experience in a production environment as an assembly worker, operator, or technician
• Experience or a qualification in IT or electronics
• Ability to work independently and a practical, problem-solving attitude
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• You live within 20 km of Leiderdorp

• Salary between €2,800 and €3,000 gross per month
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid once a year on top of your salary)
