Renovation Carpenter

About the job

As a renovation carpenter, you repair and refresh rental homes between tenants. Your job is to get each home ready before a new tenant moves in.

What you'll do

• Repair doors, frames and windows
• Replace kitchens or kitchen parts
• Fix damage to floors, walls and ceilings
• Work in both occupied and empty homes
• Talk to tenants or inspectors in a polite and professional way

What we ask

• Experience in renovation or construction carpentry
• Ability to work independently and plan your own work
• Basic plumbing or tiling skills are a plus
