About the job

You carry out service and maintenance work in residential homes and commercial buildings. Your work keeps buildings safe and in good condition.

What you'll do

• Carry out small and large maintenance jobs in homes and company buildings
• Find and fix building defects
• Install, repair or replace wooden parts such as doors, windows and roofs
• Advise clients and communicate about the maintenance work you do
• Work together with colleagues and other specialists on site

What we ask

• Experience as a carpenter or in building service and maintenance
• Able to solve technical problems on your own
• Good with clients and comfortable working in a team
