You work as a carpenter on renovation and maintenance projects in residential construction. Every day you do quality carpentry work at different locations.

What you'll do

• Carry out carpentry work on renovation and maintenance projects
• Install and replace doors, windows and finishing elements
• Do service and mutation work (preparing homes after tenants move out)
• Do repair work in occupied homes
• Work independently based on technical drawings and work orders

What we ask

• Experience as a carpenter or construction carpenter
• Able to work independently and communicate with residents and colleagues on site
• You care about quality and tidy work
