Carpenter / joiner for tenant-change renovations

About the job

We are looking for an experienced carpenter or joiner for the Zaanstreek and Amsterdam area. You work on renovations between tenants, making sure each home is ready for the next occupant. You work independently.

What you'll do

• Carry out various carpentry jobs in homes
• Repair and replace doors, door frames, fittings and locks
• Install kitchens and do small tiling jobs
• Find and fix defects
• Work independently based on work orders or documentation
• Hand over and accept homes according to quality requirements
• Work mostly on your own, but as part of a fixed maintenance team

What we ask

• At least 5 years of experience as a carpenter or joiner in tenant-change renovations
• Able to work independently and pay attention to detail
• A practical, solution-focused attitude on site
• Category B driving licence
• Neat and presentable appearance
• Good command of Dutch
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for construction workers) is a plus
