Experienced Print Operator (Flexographic and Gravure Printing)

About the job

A client in Rotterdam is looking for an experienced print operator specialising in flexographic and gravure printing. The work takes place in a production environment on a shift basis.

What you'll do

• Operate flexographic and gravure printing machines
• Set up and adjust machines before and during production
• Check print quality against the required standards
• Monitor the printing process and respond to deviations
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance on machines
• Record production results and report problems
• Keep the work area clean and safe

What we ask

• Proven experience operating flexographic or gravure printing machines
• Knowledge of print preparation: setting inks, registers and pressure
• Ability to read technical specifications and job sheets
• Willingness to work in a shift system
• Accuracy and attention to quality
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certification) is an advantage

• Salary from 18.50 to 20.50 EUR gross per hour, depending on experience
