The client is a family business. They produce and distribute plastic and concrete pipe systems, concrete surfaces, concrete elements, ceramic building materials, and they handle transport. The company is growing and has an informal, friendly atmosphere. They are looking for an electromechanical technician for the technical department in Breda.
What you'll do
- Support 6 production teams with technical issues
- Install, maintain and repair all electrical systems and machines on the production floor
- Carry out regular inspections and tests to make sure systems meet current (national) electrical regulations
- Report completed work and materials used to the team leader
- Give advice on expanding or modifying systems and equipment
- Update drawings and operating instructions when needed
- Supervise external specialists
What we ask
- Completed MBO (Dutch vocational secondary education) in electrical engineering
- Basic knowledge of PLC S7 and TIA
- Knowledge of electrical standards is a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and ability to work independently
