As a Technical Department Assembler, you make sure that high-end machines and installations run reliably. You work with technology used in high-tech and medical industries. There is room for initiative, expertise, and real technical results. You combine technical creativity with precision, and you coordinate closely with production, colleagues, and external partners.
What you'll do
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, installations, and facilities.
- Analyse breakdowns, determine the right course of action, and carry out repairs and technical modifications.
- Prepare, plan, record, and monitor service work and open actions.
- Supervise external assemblers and suppliers, and check that work is done safely and to the right quality.
- Flag technical risks and opportunities for improvement, and help build a reliable production environment.
What we ask
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in industry, production, or technical service.
- A technical background and proven knowledge of mechanical maintenance of machines and installations.
- Experience with breakdown analysis, repairs, maintenance planning, and setting priorities.
- An independent way of working, strong initiative, and the drive to see tasks through to the end.
- A focus on safety, reliability, quality, and accuracy, and the ability to work respectfully with colleagues and external partners.
What we offer
- Salary up to €4,100 gross per month, depending on experience and responsibilities.
- 27 days of leave under the cao (collective labour agreement) Grootmetaal, plus 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory annual bonus of 8% of your gross salary).
