Cost Estimator and Site Manager Infrastructure (dual role)

About the job

This position combines two roles in one: cost estimator and site manager. Depending on the project, you work on cost calculations or supervise work on site, and sometimes both at the same time.

What you'll do

• You prepare cost estimates, quotations and budgets for infrastructure projects
• You analyse tender documents, technical drawings and contracts
• You prepare and organise projects on the administrative and logistical side
• You supervise work on site and coordinate workers and subcontractors
• You monitor the schedule, quality, safety and costs of the project

What we ask

• Experience in cost estimating, project preparation or site management in civil engineering
• You work independently, focus on results and can handle several projects at the same time
• Good communication skills and flexibility to work both in the office and on site

Pay and conditions

• €4,500 to €6,000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on experience
• €750 monthly mobility allowance and €25 phone availability allowance
• A bonus depending on the role and level of responsibility
• Option to get coaching support up to €5,000 per year
• Training and development opportunities in a varied project environment
