About the job
You work as a category C driver delivering to restaurants, cafes and hotels. You start each day in Deventer with a loaded truck and do single-day routes to different HoReCa (hotels, restaurants and catering) customers. No two days are exactly the same.
You work during the day, Monday to Saturday. The minimum availability is 24 hours per week and at least one Saturday per month. Two Saturdays per month is preferred.
What you'll do
- Deliver orders to restaurants, cafes and hotels
- Check that goods match the order
- Collect return packaging from customers
- Apply the FIFO (first in, first out) principle when handling goods
- Keep paperwork and administration tidy and accurate
- Work safely and treat customers in a friendly way
- Follow dispatcher instructions and adapt to route changes
What we ask
- Category C driving licence and code 95
- Available for at least 24 hours per week
- Willing to work at least one Saturday per month
- Good physical condition for loading, unloading and handling return packaging
- Neat appearance and a customer-friendly attitude, with a sense of responsibility
- Careful with goods, deliveries and paperwork
- Living in or near Deventer
- Able to communicate in Dutch or English
What we offer
- €16.64 to €20.24 gross per hour, based on TLN scale D1 to D6 (rate depends on experience)
- Saturday and overtime supplements according to the TLN CAO (CAO is a collective labour agreement that sets pay and conditions)
- Pension accrual through StiPP
- 8% vakantiegeld (vakantiegeld is a mandatory holiday allowance, paid on top of your wage)
- Holiday days according to the TLN CAO
- Travel cost reimbursement according to the applicable CAO
