About the job

You work as a production and forklift operator at a cheese production facility in Workum. You keep the production lines running, carry out quality checks, and make sure your workplace stays clean and safe.

What you'll do

• Supply the cheese production lines with the right products and materials
• Operate and adjust production lines for smooth process flow
• Carry out and record quality checks according to current standards
• Detect and fix minor faults on the lines independently
• Keep your workplace clean, safe, and tidy, and share ideas for improvements

What we ask

• Experience with a forklift, or willingness to get certified (certification can be obtained at the workplace)
• Accuracy, a proactive attitude, and attention to quality and safety
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation

What we offer

• Hourly rate from €18.27 to €19.19, plus shift allowances up to 200%
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Full-time work in a 5-shift rotation, on average 33.6 hours per week
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre (maximum €13.80 per day)
• Possibility to obtain or renew your forklift certificate
• Opportunities to grow, for example to senior forklift operator or logistics coordinator
• Employment conditions equal to directly employed staff, including the same number of days off, allowances, and other pay components
