Construction Site Manager – New Build

About the job

We are looking for an experienced construction site manager to run new build projects independently in the Noord-Holland region. You are responsible for daily site management, from the first pile in the ground to the final handover.

What you'll do

• Manage the daily execution of construction projects and monitor progress
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and workers on site
• Control the schedule, quality, safety, and compliance with regulations
• Identify and solve problems that come up during construction
• Act as the main contact for clients, suppliers, and other parties
• Coordinate work according to BIM methodology (Building Information Modelling)

What we ask

• Proven experience as an independent site manager in new build construction
• Ability to manage a site and a team of subcontractors on your own
• Knowledge of BIM principles, planning, and health and safety regulations on site
