Construction Site Manager

About the job

You organise and supervise the daily work on site, from the start of a project to the final handover. You keep quality, safety and planning on track for commercial and residential construction projects near Breda.

What you'll do

• You lead the daily work on site and set the direction for the whole site team.
• You monitor the schedule, project phases and progress in BIM, Lean and ERP systems.
• You coordinate deliveries, technical inspections, as-built documentation and work plans.
• You identify additional and alternative work, and you control costs, quality and resource use.
• You keep in contact with the project manager, engineers and subcontractors to make sure communication runs smoothly.

What we ask

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role in commercial or residential construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, health and safety regulations, and KAM guidelines.
• Experience with scheduling, Microsoft Project, BIM and digital project administration.
