Production Team Leader

About the job

You lead a team of around 17 workers at a production facility that washes and processes hotel laundry. You keep the production process running smoothly and report results directly to the shift manager.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of around 17 workers and divide daily tasks
• Plan and monitor the laundry process
• Act as the first point of contact for breakdowns and operational problems
• Report production results to the shift manager
• Introduce process improvements and work with the logistics and quality departments

What we ask

• Experience leading teams in production, industry, or logistics
• A hands-on, results-focused management style and a good understanding of production processes
• Good Dutch or English for day-to-day communication
• Available 40 hours per week on a rotating day shift

Employment conditions

• Salary from €3,000 to €3,800 gross per month (40 hours)
• Vakantiegeld (holiday allowance) of 8.33% and a year-end bonus of 5.33%
• 25 days of leave per year at full-time hours
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.15 per kilometre
