Production Manager

About the job

We are looking for a Production Manager in Kootstertille. You will manage team leaders every day and oversee production in a concrete prefab hall. You connect departments, keep the schedule on track, and make sure safety and quality standards are met. You also look for ways to improve the process.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of team leaders and make sure the daily production plan is carried out.
• Improve production processes and connect the different departments.
• Build a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Monitor safety, quality, and production results. Act quickly when something is off.
• Analyse production data, hours worked, and the use of temporary staff.
• Adjust your approach based on results and data.
• Act as the link between all departments involved in production, from preparation to finished product.
• Work in a modern production hall in Kootstertille, where concrete prefab elements are made for construction projects across the Netherlands.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:00.

What we ask

• HBO (Dutch higher professional education) degree in construction, civil engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a management role in a production or construction environment.
• Proven experience managing teams and improving processes.
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Willingness to obtain a BBT certificate or to develop further in this area.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary between €3,950 and €5,500, in line with the cao (collective labour agreement) Betonproductenindustrie for the concrete products industry.
• Salary paid every Friday to your bank account.
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
• 25 holiday days and 12 ATV days (additional days off as part of the Dutch working hours arrangement).
