Precast Concrete Production Worker

About the job

You work in the production of high-quality precast concrete elements for construction projects. You are part of a small, close team in a production hall. Precision and cooperation matter here. Your days vary. Tasks include reading technical drawings and cleaning moulds.

What you'll do

• Read technical drawings to set up production correctly
• Assemble moulds and prepare them for pouring concrete
• Pour and finish precast concrete elements according to specifications
• Clean moulds and keep your workspace tidy
• Check your own work and the quality of the finished product

What we ask

• Experience in production, construction or a technical field
• Willing to learn how to read technical drawings
• Hands-on approach and attention to detail
• A forklift certificate or crane operator licence is a plus
• You speak Dutch or English

What we offer

• Salary from €2,600 to €3,100 gross per 4 weeks
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Full-time work: 32 to 40 hours per week
• 25 holiday days and 12 ATV days (short-time compensation days), 37 days in total
• Vakantiegeld (holiday allowance) of 8% and a year-end bonus
• Travel costs reimbursed based on the distance between your home and work
• Certificates (forklift or crane) paid for by the employer

• Employment conditions are equal to those of workers employed directly by the opdrachtgever (the client company). This includes the hourly rate, number of days off, allowances, short-time pay and other pay components
