About the job

You are responsible for organising and overseeing all warehouse activities at a technical company in Alphen aan den Rijn. You make sure logistics runs smoothly and safely. You work closely with the assembly, customer service, and transport departments.

What you'll do

• Lead the logistics team and keep the warehouse running in an organised and safe way
• Coordinate daily tasks and support cooperation on the floor
• Create, monitor, and adjust transport planning
• Manage incoming and outgoing goods and handle the related administration
• Spot problems, take corrective action, and improve logistics reporting

What we ask

• Experience in warehouse coordination or supervision
• Able to manage a team and plan work independently
• Good knowledge of logistics processes and goods flows
