Trailer and Semi-Trailer Mechanic

About the job

You work as a trailer and semi-trailer mechanic, both in the workshop and on the road. You handle maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and fault-finding on different types of vehicles.

What you'll do

• Carry out technical inspections and service on trailers and semi-trucks
• Perform APK (Dutch statutory vehicle inspection) and tachograph calibration
• Do construction work, repair damage, and build new body fittings
• Fit and remove small and large parts on all types of vehicles
• Work on trailers and trucks in the areas of mechanics, hydraulics, and engines

What we ask

• Experience repairing or servicing trailers, semi-trailers, or heavy trucks
• Able to diagnose and fix mechanical and hydraulic problems on your own
• Willing to work both in the workshop and on the road
