About the job
You work as a junior property inspector in Amsterdam. You inspect buildings, collect technical data, and help create maintenance plans.
What you'll do
- Carry out visual inspections of properties and collect data on their technical condition
- Develop multi-year maintenance plans, including plans with a focus on sustainability
- Record data on the condition and maintenance needs of buildings
- Consult with clients and colleagues about inspection results
- Help improve working methods and processes
What we ask
- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate, construction, or a related field, or a clear motivation to start a career in this area
- Category B driving licence and a good command of Dutch
- Interest in property maintenance, technology, and sustainability; knowledge of NEN 2767 (a Dutch standard for assessing the technical condition of buildings) or condition assessments is a plus
