Facade and Joinery Service Technician

About the job

You work as a service technician responsible for maintenance, repairs and servicing of facades, windows, doors and frames. You carry out jobs independently in your region, following a set schedule.

What you'll do

• Carry out service and maintenance work on facade elements
• Diagnose and fix technical faults
• Repair parts made of plastic, aluminium and steel
• Check the condition of facade elements and report repair needs
• Communicate with customers on site and log completed work via tablet and phone

What we ask

• Technical or hands-on experience working with building components, installation work or similar
• Category B driving licence
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for construction and technical work) or willingness to obtain one

What you get

• Full-time 40 hours per week (36 hours open to discussion)
• Salary from 3,200 to 4,200 euro gross per month, depending on experience
