Field Service Technician

About the job

As a field service technician, you work at customer locations every day. You carry out inspections and repairs on installations and technical equipment on your own. Internal training helps you grow and take on more complex technical work over time.

What you'll do

• Travel to customers each day according to a set schedule.
• Carry out maintenance and repair work on various installations and equipment.
• Check your own work and fill in checklists and job sheets after each assignment.
• Communicate clearly and politely with customers to make sure they are well served.
• Work in line with health and safety rules and keep the workplace tidy and safe.

What we ask

• At least VMBO level education or equivalent, with an interest in technology.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to obtain a VCA certificate (VCA is a Dutch health and safety certificate for technical work).
• Experience with maintenance and repairs on technical installations.
• A customer-friendly attitude and a professional appearance.
• Living in the Netherlands and willing to travel.

What we offer

• Gross salary from €2,400 per month, depending on experience.
• A fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• A working week of 32 to 40 hours.
