Production Manager / Supervisor

About the job

You lead a team of shift managers and indirectly a large group of operators and logistics workers in a production facility. You are responsible for production results, quality, safety, and continuous process improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach shift managers and indirectly manage the broader team
• Meet production and quality targets within set guidelines
• Start and run improvement projects, such as Lean and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
• Analyse data and processes to improve results
• Keep production safe, efficient, and up to quality standards

What we ask

• Several years of experience in a production environment in a management role, with a proven track record of leading teams
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with process improvement methods such as Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma, and the ability to work with data, for example in Excel
• Good command of Dutch and English

Employment conditions

• Gross salary from €4,500 to €6,000 per month, depending on experience
• Bonus of up to 10% when targets and KPIs are met
• 25 days of annual leave and 12 ADV days (extra days off as part of a shorter working week arrangement)
