Offshore E&I Technician

About the job

Work offshore on electrical and instrumentation installations on platforms in the North Sea and other locations. You join a team of technicians, engineers and supervisors working with modern E&I systems according to current industry standards.

What you'll do

• Install and connect electrical systems and instrumentation
• Carry out inspections, analyse faults and test systems
• Support commissioning (starting up installations) and keep documentation up to date
• Read diagrams and technical documentation
• Diagnose and repair faults
• Work according to strict safety standards
• Keep systems on offshore platforms running reliably

What we ask

• Valid offshore certificates: VCA VOL (Dutch safety certificate, full level), BOSIET/FOET with HUET, CA EBS and a current Offshore Medical
• NEN3140 and ATEX certificates
• Experience in E&I work offshore or in industry
• Ability to read diagrams and technical documentation
• Experience with testing and commissioning systems
• You work independently, carefully and stay calm in emergency situations
• You communicate clearly and keep an overview in a changing work environment

• Hourly rate from €20.00 to €30.00, based on an offshore working week of 84 hours
