About the job
As a Production Operator, you keep the production process running smoothly. You make sure everything works without interruption and act quickly when something goes wrong.
What you'll do
- Setting up, operating and adjusting production machines
- Finding and fixing small technical faults
- Supplying raw materials using a forklift
- Doing physical tasks like filling lines and changing big bags
- Monitoring the process and checking quality
- Processing production data and labels administratively
You work in a 3-shift rotation: morning, afternoon and night shifts.
What we ask
We are looking for someone who likes to get things done and gets energy from working together and improving.
- Experience as an operator, preferably with a technical background in production processes
- Technical thinking and a proactive attitude
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work hard
- Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn and motivation to grow
- Good command of Dutch
