Production Operator

About the job

As a production operator at the client company, you will help make sustainable products from stone wool, used for insulation and building panels. You work in a 4 or 5 shift rotation as part of a team that keeps production running smoothly and maintains product quality. There are opportunities to grow and take part in internal training.

Shifts: 07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–07:00.

What you'll do

• Operate various machines and production installations to keep processes running smoothly.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks and fix minor technical faults.
• Check product quality by doing inspections and reporting any issues straight away.
• Use a forklift to keep materials supplied to the production line.
• Follow safety rules and take part in improvement initiatives to keep the workplace safe and tidy.

What we ask

• MBO level 3 or 4 (Dutch vocational qualification) in a technical field, or equivalent, for example VAPRO.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a production environment.
• A valid forklift certificate, or willingness to get one.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Dutch, English or German language skills.

• Monthly salary between €3,178 and €3,839 gross.
