Foam Production Operator

About the job

You and your colleagues are responsible for a stable and safe production process. You check quality, make adjustments where needed, and keep the installation running well.

You work a 5-shift schedule: 2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 night shifts, 4 days off.

What you'll do

• Operate, set up, and monitor production machines, such as the extruder and ovens
• Monitor process parameters and make corrections on time
• Carry out quality checks
• Fix first-level faults and assist with maintenance
• Take an active role in improving processes
• Work according to safety and quality rules

What we ask

We are looking for an operator who combines technical knowledge with a sense of responsibility. You work carefully and feel comfortable in a team.

We also ask

• Experience as an operator in a production environment (a plus)
• Technical knowledge and an interest in machines
• Willingness to work a 5-shift schedule
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• A good command of Dutch

• A salary between €3,500 and €4,000 gross per month, including a 28% shift allowance, depending on knowledge and experience
