Production Operator 5-Shift

About the job

As a Production Operator in Weert, you work in a 5-shift system and contribute directly to the production of building materials that are sold worldwide.

Depending on the production process and your experience, your tasks may include:

What you'll do

• Operating and maintaining production installations and process equipment
• Monitoring product quality through quality checks
• Carrying out quality measurements, interpreting results and adjusting the process when needed
• Detecting, analysing and fixing process and technical failures
• Packing and moving finished products within the facility
• Recording and analysing failure and quality data, and actively contributing to process improvements

What we ask

You are a motivated and responsible operator who likes working in a team and takes initiative. Working safely is a priority for you, and you think actively about improving the production process.

You also have

• A technical qualification at VAPRO B level or higher
• A VCA VOL certificate (VCA is a Dutch safety certification for industrial workplaces), or willingness to obtain one
• Experience as an operator or in a production environment is a plus
• Good communication skills and the ability to address and support colleagues
