Production Operator - Food Industry

About the job

You work as an operator on machines and production lines in a modern food factory in Geldrop. You run equipment, check quality, and keep your work area tidy. You work in a 3-shift rotation.

What you'll do

• You operate and monitor machines and production lines according to set specifications
• You check the quality of baked goods and finish them to the required standard
• You record and report any deviations in the process or product
• You fix simple technical faults and call in technical service when needed
• You take part in improvement activities and keep your workspace clean, safe, and organised

What we ask

• Experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry
• An interest in technology and working with machines and production lines
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation and knowledge of safety, quality, and hygiene rules

What we offer

• Salary from €3,100 to €4,000 gross per month, including shift allowance (depending on knowledge and experience)
• 5% annual bonus, vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a standard Dutch benefit paid once a year), and a good pension plan
• Direct contract with the employer
• Room to grow and move up to Allround Process Operator
