Location: Veghel

As a Process Operator, you are an important part of a production environment where production runs around the clock. You keep various machines and processes running well, you check quality, and you act quickly when something is off.

In this role, you work in a 3-shift system.

What you'll do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust various process installations.
• Make sure machines are switched over and set up on time when the product changes.
• Assess how machines perform and check product quality during different stages of the process.
• Solve minor faults and deviations on your own to avoid production loss.
• Help keep the workplace clean and safe according to safety standards.
• Think along about improvements in efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Work with your shift colleagues to keep processes running smoothly.

What we ask

The Process Operator we are looking for works independently and likes to take initiative. You get things done and have no problem with physical work.

We also ask

• At least MBO (Dutch secondary vocational education) level of thinking or equivalent.
• Relevant experience operating machines in production or packaging processes.
• A forklift certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Accuracy, flexibility, and the ability to spot deviations.
• A team-player attitude with a hands-on approach.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
