Production Process Operator

About the job

As a production process operator, you work with fully automated production lines. You make sure production runs smoothly and that every product meets high quality standards. The work involves producing puff pastry products that go to customers around the world.

What you'll do

• You prepare puff pastry according to set recipes, procedures, and quality standards, using fully automated production lines
• You set up the dough machines correctly and monitor the production process on the line
• You carry out process and quality checks and spot deviations in products or processes early
• You fix minor faults yourself
• You keep your workstation clean and tidy

What we ask

• A diploma as a production process operator and work experience, preferably in the food industry
• Experience in a (craft) bakery is a plus
• You work carefully and stay calm under pressure
• You are flexible and available to work shifts
• Good command of Dutch
• You have a natural ability to lead and can guide or support colleagues
• Available to work three shifts from September to December
