Concrete Plant Operator

About the job

You work as a concrete plant operator. You are responsible for preparing the concrete mix correctly and keeping the drivers organized. It is an independent role where you have real influence on production every day.

What you'll do

• Produce concrete mix according to the recipe
• Instruct drivers and coordinate loading
• Check and order raw materials, and carry out inspections and maintenance of the concrete plant
• Follow safety and environmental procedures
• Keep records of production, measurements and faults in SAP, and clean the mixer at the end of the day

What we ask

• Basic knowledge of concrete, or willingness to learn it (for example by taking a concrete operator course)
• Experience in production processes, or an interest in automation
• Good command of Dutch, attention to detail, a responsible attitude, and good administrative and communication skills
