CNC Lathe Operator

About the job

This job is for someone with experience in machining. You work on CNC lathes to produce precise parts according to technical documentation.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC lathes (programming, setting up, running)
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work plans
• Set up tools and machining parameters before production starts
• Check the quality of finished parts using measuring instruments
• Detect and fix minor machine faults
• Keep your workstation tidy and follow health and safety rules
• Record production results and report any deviations

What we ask

• Experience as a CNC lathe operator (minimum 1-2 years)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens or similar)
• Accuracy and attention to quality
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for the workplace) is an advantage

What we offer

• Salary from 17.50 to 23.50 euro gross per hour, depending on experience
• Employment contract with the prospect of a permanent position
