Production Machine Operator

About the job

You work on a computer-controlled welding machine that makes reinforcement mesh. The factory is in Drachten. You make sure the machine runs well and production stays on track. You work in a three-shift rotation.

What you'll do

• You operate and set up the computer-controlled mesh welding machine
• You monitor the production process
• You spot faults and fix them as quickly as possible
• You check the quality of the steel reinforcement mesh against the required standards
• You replace steel coils so production can continue
• You carry out small maintenance tasks to keep the machines in good condition
• Together with the team, you make sure orders go out on time

What we ask

• MBO-level (Dutch vocational secondary education) thinking or qualification, preferably in a technical direction
• Knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics or hydraulics
• Experience operating computer-controlled machines and troubleshooting faults
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
• You work carefully, keep safety in mind, and can solve problems on your own

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate from €16.70, not including shift allowance
• A shift allowance on top of the hourly rate
• Permanent contract after a successful trial period
• Working week of 38 to 40 hours
• Travel cost reimbursement up to €9.60 per day

• Employment conditions equal to those of workers employed directly by the client company, including the same number of days off, allowances, ADV (scheduled time off in lieu of overtime) and other pay components
