Machine Operator

About the job

You work in a production environment and help make high-quality food products. You are involved in the whole process, from mixing raw materials to delivering the finished product. You work in a 3-shift rotation.

What you'll do

• You weigh and mix raw materials according to set recipes.
• You set up machines and operate them with precision.
• You fix small faults yourself. For bigger breakdowns, you call in the technical department.
• You monitor safety and quality rules and make sure everyone follows the health and safety regulations.
• You actively look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• You take part in work on installations to optimise the process.
• You keep your work area clean and tidy.

What we ask

• You have a technical sense and think in terms of solutions.
• You enjoy working in a team and value a clean, organised way of working.
• Experience as an operator or in a production environment is a plus, but not required. Motivation is what counts.
• You are available to work in a 3-shift rotation.
• You can speak and write Dutch.

• Salary from €2,900 to €3,200 gross per month, depending on experience.
• 25 days of leave and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance paid on top of your salary, required by Dutch law).

• A good chance of a permanent contract within a year.
• Shift hours: morning shift 06:00-14:00, afternoon shift 14:00-22:00, night shift 22:00-06:00.
• Shift allowance of 20% for the afternoon shift and 30% for the night shift.
