About the job
As an operator on the lamination line at a client company in Venlo, you take part in making high-quality flat glass panels for homes, hotels and large construction projects. You work in a modern, clean and bright production environment. You are responsible for keeping the computer-controlled machines running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Set up and operate the computer-controlled lamination machine to process glass accurately.
- Monitor the production process and check that the quality of the laminated glass panels meets company standards.
- Move large glass panels (6 metres x 3.15 metres) safely using an overhead crane with suction cups.
- Follow health and safety rules and keep the workplace safe at all times.
- Work closely with the team and learn new tasks to keep developing your skills.

What we offer
- Starting rate of €15.92 gross per hour plus a 26% shift allowance on all hours worked, bringing the total to €23.00 to €24.00 gross per hour.
- Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
- An average of 31.5 working hours per week in a 4-shift rotation.
- Travel cost reimbursement of €0.25 per kilometre.
- Holiday pay (vakantiegeld) of 8%.
- A bonus of up to €2,500 gross per year based on company results.
