About the job

As a laser tube machine operator, you help keep production running smoothly at a company that specialises in advanced laser cutting technology. You work with modern, fully automated machines and make sure everything runs without interruptions. The role requires precision, a technical mindset, and a willingness to suggest improvements.

What you'll do

• Operate the laser tube machine: you set up and run the machine according to specifications.
• Quality control: you check produced parts and make sure they meet requirements.
• Basic maintenance: you carry out simple maintenance tasks and report faults on time.
• Workplace organisation: you keep materials and tools in order so work runs efficiently.
• Team collaboration: you work closely with colleagues to keep improving the production process and meet deadlines.

What we ask

• MBO level 3 diploma, preferably in a technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an operator in a production environment.
• Knowledge of machines and systems, including basic operation.
• Willingness to actively take part in process improvements.
• Ability to work in a team, solve problems, and adapt to changing conditions.

What we offer

• Gross salary from €2,800 to €3,250 per month based on 40 hours per week.
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Full-time work: 40 hours per week (minimum 32 hours).
• Day shift: 07:30 to 16:30.
