Thermal Spray Operator / Production Worker

About the job

You work in a technical production facility. You apply metal coatings to machine parts. You set up the equipment yourself, check the quality, and act when something is off.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate coating equipment
• Apply metal coatings to machine parts
• Check coatings for coverage, layer thickness, and appearance
• Clean, mask, tape, and shot-blast parts
• Hang and remove parts, and carry out small corrections and repairs

What we ask

• Experience in production, metalworking, painting, or surface treatment, or a willingness to learn
• Precise work and a sharp eye for deviations
• Ability to read and follow technical work instructions, and safe use of machines and tools
• Living near Nijmegen, Wijchen, Beuningen, or Druten

Employment conditions

• Salary from €2,800 to €3,500 gross per month
• Permanent full-time job, day shift only, evenings and weekends free
• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days (ADV: extra days off as part of a shorter working week arrangement under Dutch CAO, the collective labour agreement)
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory annual bonus of 8% of your gross salary under Dutch law)
• Travel costs reimbursed
