Packaging Operator

About the job

The client is a producer of speculaas (Dutch spiced biscuits) and coffee biscuits, based in Ooltgensplaat since 1950. The company produces around 1.8 million biscuits a day and keeps growing. As a Packaging Operator, you make sure the packaging line runs smoothly and production stays on track.

What you'll do

• Set up and changeover production and packaging machines
• Monitor the production process and respond when something goes wrong
• Check products and packaging, including verifying codes
• Keep your work area clean and tidy
• Follow company rules on HACCP (food safety standard), quality, hygiene, and safety
• Record quality and production data according to current standards

• You work accurately and care about quality
• You understand technical processes and can operate automated machines
• You think ahead and spot problems before they happen
• You are available for 3-shift work: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00
• You work well in a team
• You are comfortable in a production environment where hygiene and quality come first

What we offer

• A salary between €2,379 and €3,192 gross per month
• A shift allowance on top of your base salary
• Travel cost reimbursement: €0.25 per kilometre, up to 60 km in total
• Work in a small, close team
