Packaging Operator

About the job

As a packaging operator you are responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring packaging lines. You work with modern, automated equipment and help to keep high-quality dairy products flowing. Your daily tasks are:

What you'll do

• Set up, start and operate packaging machines
• Check product quality and take samples
• Record production data and material use correctly
• Clean and maintain machines and equipment according to hygiene and safety rules
• Spot deviations and carry out corrective actions

What we ask

For this role you need

• A completed vocational qualification at mbo-3 level (Dutch secondary vocational education, level 3) in a technical or food-related field
• Work experience in a production environment, preferably in dairy or food
• Technical knowledge and attention to detail, with a focus on hygiene
• Willingness to work shifts
• The ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude

What we offer

For your work in this role you get good employment conditions:

• Gross monthly salary €2,768 - €4,059 (based on 40 hours, depending on experience)
• Shift allowance of 24.7% for a 3-shift schedule or 13.03% for a 2-shift schedule
• Travel cost reimbursement up to €135 per month
• 26 holiday days with a full-time contract
