Process Operator

About the job

No two days are the same in this role. You are responsible for running the production process and the technology behind it. You work at a confectionery manufacturer in Oosterhout. Their products are sold in every supermarket.

What you'll do

• Produce according to recipes and specifications
• Set up, operate and changeover machines and ovens
• Check the quality of products and processes
• Fix minor faults and technical problems
• Record production and quality data
• Work according to HACCP (food safety rules) and health and safety guidelines
• Keep your workstation clean and safe
• Work well with colleagues and hand over shifts properly

What we ask

• MBO 3 level of education or thinking (Dutch secondary vocational education, level 3)
• Experience as an operator or in a production environment
• A technical mindset and interest in machines
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety rules
• Dutch or basic English
• Accuracy and a willingness to work

What we offer

• Salary from €15.50 to €19.50 per hour gross, depending on experience, excluding shift allowance
• 20% shift allowance
• Travel cost reimbursement (€0.25 per km)
